All sales are final on digital products

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed.

This includes, but is not limited to, templates, trackers, spreadsheets, guides, and any other downloadable files sold through the Access Transcripts Pro store.

Exceptions We've got you

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your product, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we'll make it right.

Defective or incorrect files

If you receive a file that is defective, corrupted, or not what was described at the time of purchase, contact us and we will either replace the file or issue a full refund at our discretion.
